We offer a Menu of Marketing Services to sell your home. You select the marketing package and the chosen plan determines your commission rate. We always provide full Realtor services, handle all of your real estate affairs and represent your best interest all the way to closing.
We do not charge any broker administration fees or commissions to our buyer clients. The seller is responsible for paying out Realtor commissions, therefore our buyers are able to have full representation from a licensed Realtor without any cost to them.
